Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Salient Medical Solutions Inc. does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or credits except in the limited circumstances described below.

When a Return May Be Considered

A return, replacement, exchange or credit may be considered where:

• Salient supplied an incorrect product;
• a shipment arrived damaged;
• there is a shortage or other shipping error;
• a product is suspected or confirmed to have a manufacturing defect; or
• a return is required by applicable law.

All claims are subject to review and, where applicable, manufacturer quality procedures and regulatory requirements.

Product Expiry

Customers are responsible for managing their inventory, storage conditions and product expiry dates.

Products are not eligible for return, exchange or credit because they:

• have expired or are approaching expiry after delivery;
• were not sold or used before expiry;
• were over-purchased; or
• are no longer required due to customer inventory or business needs.

Short-Dated Products

Salient may occasionally offer products with reduced remaining shelf life at discounted pricing.

Where a product is sold as short-dated, its expiry date will be disclosed before purchase. The discounted price reflects the remaining shelf life, and all short-dated product sales are final.

No return, exchange, refund or credit will be provided because of the disclosed shelf life or subsequent expiry.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and contact Salient promptly if you receive:

• damaged product;
• an incorrect product;
• an incomplete shipment; or
• a product you believe may be defective.

Do not return any product without prior authorization from Salient. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Approval of any return, replacement, exchange or credit is subject to Salient’s review and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Special Orders

Products that are specially ordered, customized, or purchased specifically at a customer’s request are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit, except where required by law.
